而迎著即將滿一歲生日,江振誠在12/9及12/10推出「RAW一週年RAW X Restaurant ANDRE 餐會」。這次Restaurant ANDRE與RAW兩個團隊聯手,循著同樣尊重季節挑選最佳在地食材的脈絡,衍生自兩個不同DNA的團隊,嘗試以不同的概念,詮釋出食材的不同風貌,即便是RAW在過去一年使用過的食材,都在這次透過兩個團隊帶進的不同想法,創造出屬於這次餐會的協奏曲。
